• Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Freight / oversized: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. A flat rate of €49 may apply for standard furniture orders unless otherwise stated.

5. Tracking

6. Delivery

• Please ensure access for large items (doors, stairs, elevator).
• Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees.
• Inspect packages on arrival and note visible damage with the courier.

7. Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.

Refund & Returns Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from delivery (EU consumer rules may grant additional rights). Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
